Shipping policy

Our products are in stock ready to send with a 1-2 business day lead time unless stated in the product description.

We aim to get your products out to you within 24 hours once we have received your order.

We use NZ Couriers for local and DHL for internationally, our parcels are signature tracked, you will receive your tracking number via email once your products have been shipped.

During high volume parcel times including Christmas there may be a slight delay of up to 2 days for you to receive your order.
